Welcome to the Future!
In the spring of 2009, the National Atomic Museum will transform into the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History. Housed in Albuquerque, NM, our new facility will educate visitors of all ages on every aspect of nuclear history as well as nuclear technology of today. The potential of this museum is limitless, but we need your support more than ever.
Help build the new Museum. Donate Now.
With construction cost anticipated to be $10.5 million, we still need to raise $2 million to complete the exhibits that will enhance our mission.
Your gift to the Capital Campaign will help the museum meet the goals of:
- Building a 30,000 square foot facility to house the exhibits, store, and administrative offices.
- Developing and building 18 exhibitions on nuclear history and technology.
- Creating Heritage Park, a nine-acre outdoor exhibition area for aircraft, missiles, railcars and nuclear submarines.
- Building three classroom areas to educate and enlighten today’s students for tomorrow’s technical world.
Join the Museum Foundation to complete our project with your generous contribution through a variety of exciting and unique sponsorship opportunities:
- Sponsor an Element
- Donate to EnVision Plaza
- Support an Exhibit
- Donate to the Atomic Car Restoration
- Sponsor Pave the Path
